What niche do you fill in the Center for Leadership and Involvement?
My job is to support student organizations and their operations here on campus. I help administer the Wisconsin Involvement Network, the Wisconsin Experience Grant, and assist in supporting operations of the office.
B.A. in Communication – Lake Forest College. M.S. in College Student Affairs – Eastern Illinois University
Areas of Interest:
Personal interests include Wisconsin Badger athletics, cooking and food in general, and strategy/trivia games.
I grew up in a few different locations in Illinois and Kansas, however I spent a good part of my younger years in Madison and am very happy to return. While attending Lake Forest College I was fortunate enough to be involved with a number of student organizations, groups, and activities. This lead me to pursue a degree in student affairs which I fulfilled by attending Eastern Illinois University to receive my M.S. in College Student Affairs while working for University Housing & Dining as well as Fraternity & Sorority Programs.

What do you think every student should know about the UW-Madison campus?
UW-Madison and the surrounding community are one of the few locations on earth you can find with so much culture, intelligence, natural beauty, and people to share it all with. Take advantage of the opportunities that are presented to you. Try something new, if you don’t like it, find something else new to take its place.
