Being a UW leader has taught me to be okay with failure. Through my time at this university, the lessons I’ve gained here are irreplaceable. By appreciating what others have to offer, I started reflecting on what and how I can contribute to society. Though I might be intimidated by the effects of my actions, I understand now that it’s alright to not be the best. It’s alright to not be able to please everyone with success.
