FreeAnna Kalbarczyk, a global health researcher and practitioner from Johns Hopkins University will discuss white saviorism, decolonizing global health and what that means for training and education. This seminar will explore the meaning of saviorism in global health training with a focus on historical underpinnings, the role of academic institutions and how they can influence a paradigm shift.
