The Healthy Minds Survey launched on February 17 to 25,000 UW-Madison students. This survey provides important data on students’ mental health needs and the issues that impact their experience on campus. Student responses to this survey directly inform the programs and services that support student mental health and wellbeing on campus
Quick facts on the Healthy Minds Survey
- Survey length: 30 minutes
- Incentive: Students who complete the survey are entered into a drawing to win a Wiscard deposit; 400 students will receive $10, and 10 students will receive $200.
- Sender: The email sender will appear as “University Health Services,” and the sender address will be healthyminds-UW-Madison@umich.edu.
- Close date: Monday, March 17
