COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT WORKSHOPS

Learning with and through the community can be a powerful process for all involved; however, such learning also requires great care and reflection. The Morgridge Center is proud to offer a wide variety of workshops and resources to guide you in your journey of community-engaged learning. We have plenty of interactive and engaging workshops catered to specific campus audiences and are also happy to work collaboratively with others to design more tailored materials.
Whether you are designing a community-based learning course, volunteering with a student organization, or simply curious about community engagement, we have something for everyone. Explore this page to attend one of our scheduled workshops or request one to meet your specific needs!
How does our identity influence our engagement with communities? What does it mean to pursue justice? What’s the difference between allyship and solidarity? Come explore all these questions and more in this deep-dive workshop.
