Servant Leadership Conference

Right now it feels like we are all swimming upstream, doesn’t it? And it’s true, local government leaders have never faced more challenges than what they are facing in this current VUCA climate. Whether it’s caused by too much turmoil or too few resources, the task of delivering excellent customer service, building a great team, and pursuing a game-changing dream is a challenge to say the least.

With that in mind SGR is excited to present the 2022 Servant Leadership Conference – Swimming Upstream,  featuring an all-star lineup of speakers who are prime examples of swimming upstream without giving up. They will provide fresh inspiration that will confirm that you’re doing the right thing—even when it feels impossible.
