Speaker Event: PATH TO LEADERSHIP with Samantha Baruah

FreeSamantha Baruah works with teachers, administrators, and policymakers promoting accessible, and equitable public education at local, state, and national levels for the past 11 years. Baruah, an immigrant born in Vietnam, immigrated to the U.S as a political refugee before she became a naturalized citizen. She received her Bachelor’s degree from University of Iowa and her MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. She is a two time publicly elected school board member serving from 2008-2015. Baruah has also served on the United Way Community Impact council and is an active member of several nonprofit and municipal organizations.
