SLP Members will learn about how to recognize and adapt to bad leaders and poor leadership styles that they might encounter throughout their leadership journey. In line with the semester theme, members will learn about how the "Ripple Effect" can create negative ripples that need to be mitigated.

Participants will explore techniques to foster engagement and create a supportive tutoring environment. Led by Tandeep Kaur, Program Manager for Achievement Connections.
